Very low-emission, polymer-modified floor leveling compound based on special binders for producing substrates that comply with the applicable standards and are ready to receive flooring, including parquet and Sika coatings. The very wide thickness range allows very uneven surfaces and surfaces with large differences in height to be leveled in one operation. THOMSIT XF 700 is a high-quality leveler for use in residential, commercial and industrial areas subject to very high loads and stresses. It can be applied on suitable substrates such as:

• Mineral screeds and concrete
• Dry screeds made of plasterboards/fiberboards
• Mastic asphalt screeds IC 10 / IC 15
• Chipboards (P4 to P7) and OSB boards (OSB/2 to OSB/4)
• Ceramic tiles, natural stone and terrazzo
• Old substrates (made of the above materials) with firmly adhering, waterproof residues of adhesives and leveling compounds
